Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- 2 red onion
- 1 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 C white vinegar
- 2 C water
- 1/3 C sugar
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Thinly slice the onions. Place in jar.
- Heat the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve, about 1 minute. Let cool and pour over the onions. Store in the fridge.
